A working handoff has a named result.

One workflow begins with one defined event and ends with one result the business can verify. Repair corrects a reproducible failure. Setup builds the path. Care checks an accepted path after delivery.

Initial operating limit
1 active project · 3 Care workflows
Actual availability is confirmed in writing.

Workflow Repair

$1,500

Good fit: You can show what should happen, what happens instead, and where the handoff fails.

Unknown causes or an unbounded system go to the separate $1,200 Integration Triage.

Workflow Setup

$3,000

Good fit: The trigger, destination, required fields, owner, and successful result can be named.

Client-owned platform accounts, subscriptions, permissions, and third-party fees are separate.

Workflow Care

$500/month

Good fit: The workflow has passed acceptance and supports safe scheduled checks.

Per workflow. No 24/7 response, uptime SLA, or guarantee that every real submission is delivered.

The acceptance record is part of the deliverable.

The exact checks change with the workflow. These four states show the minimum shape: accepted input, committed result, safe retry, and rejected input.

Synthetic specimen · TT-WF-004 Inquiry handoff test record Invented data. Demonstrates method, not a client result.
  1. Input
    Valid website inquiry submission_id: 6f8…91a

Name, reply address, source, and stated problem pass validation.

    accepted
  2. Result
    Durable intake record reference: TT-2026-0042

The receipt is shown only after the record is committed.

    recorded
  3. Retry
Same submission, same payload duplicate: true

The retry returns the original reference without a second record.

    safe
  4. Failure
Missing required reply address status: 422 · field: email

The record is rejected and the exact field can be corrected.

What the fixed scope needs.

Fit is confirmed before any payment. A request moves to Triage or separate custom scope when these facts cannot be bounded safely.

One trigger

A named form, webhook, file, approval, or scheduled event. Multiple entry points are separate scope unless the written proposal says otherwise.

One successful result

A specific record, notification, document, or state change that can be observed without guessing.

Client-supplied access

You supply authorized accounts, platform subscriptions, permissions, and third-party charges. Public intake never asks for credentials.

Supported systems

Web forms, REST APIs, webhooks, email routing, structured text, and business tools with testable interfaces. Fit depends on safe access and test support.

Explicit exclusions

No CRM replacement, speculative product build, business-running agent, regulated autonomous decision, or open-ended “connect anything” promise.

Production handoff

Repair and Setup are 50% after agreed scope and 50% after nonproduction acceptance. Production handoff is explicit, followed by a 14-day correction window for the accepted scope.

Unknown cause is a different job.

The existing $1,200 Integration Triage produces a diagnosis and recommended next step. It does not promise a repair, does not silently bundle Repair, and carries no automatic credit. Existing file conversion ($850) and evaluation harness ($2,200) also retain their own purchase and acceptance terms.

Describe the handoff

Tell us what should happen and what happens now. Do not send passwords, customer records, or live credentials.

Initial capacity: one active project and three registered Care workflows. Availability is confirmed in writing; submitting this form does not reserve a slot.
