Toledo Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use toledotechnologies.com, any subdomain of toledotechnologies.com, and any other site or checkout operated by Toledo Technologies LLC.

When you contact us through our website, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Any information you include in your message
• Project details you share with us

Automatic Information

This site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement script served from static.cloudflareinsights.com. It records page views and basic technical detail — the page address, the referring page, browser and device type, and country. Cloudflare states that it does this without cookies and without fingerprinting visitors. We use it only to see which pages are read; it is not an advertising tracker and we run no ad network on this site.

Pages also load the Outfit and Lora typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To send the font files, Google receives your IP address, browser details, and the name of this site, under Google's own privacy policy. No cookie is set for this.

Like any web host, the server and security layer may also process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser, requested path, and timestamp for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information:

• With service providers who assist our operations (e.g., email delivery)
• When required by law or to protect our rights

Payments

We do not collect or store your card number. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Depending on which product you buy, a purchase may instead be processed by Gumroad, PayPal, Polar, or the Microsoft Store. That processor collects your payment details directly, under its own privacy policy, and passes us only what we need in order to fulfil and account for the order: your email address, the item, the amount, the currency, the country used for tax, and the brand and last four digits of the card.

We use that order record only to deliver your purchase, handle refunds and chargebacks, and meet our tax and accounting obligations, and we keep it for as long as those obligations require — generally up to seven years. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Contact Forms and Workflow Briefs

Legacy Contact Forms

Existing contact forms outside the new workflow brief submit to Toledo Technologies' lead intake API at https://eolkits.com/api/v1/lead. The service stores the fields you submit in Toledo's operating lead database and sends the owner a notification email. This is durable lead capture; it is not FormSubmit and it is not used to add you to a newsletter.

The form may also include hidden context such as the page, service track, or subject that brought you to the form. That context is used to route the inquiry. If you prefer not to use the form, email hello@toledotechnologies.com directly.

Workflow Briefs

The brief at /brief/ submits to a separate, same-origin Toledo intake service. It stores the name, email address, problem description, selected service, optional website and systems, and bounded source or page context shown by the form. The service assigns a reference and records durable receipt details. It queues a confirmation to the email address on the brief and an alert to Toledo Technologies through our existing email provider. The saved reference remains valid if either email is delayed or a delivery attempt fails; we do not promise that every message will arrive or arrive at a particular time.

The workflow brief uses browser session storage only to retain the random submission ID needed for a safe retry. It does not put your name, email, problem description, website, or systems in session storage. A brief asks for business workflow context; do not submit passwords, credentials, payment details, or sensitive customer data.

How Long Inquiries Are Kept

Legacy inquiries submitted to the eolkits lead service are deleted automatically 24 months after submission. Submissions flagged as spam are deleted on the same schedule. Notification email from that legacy service is not covered by its automatic deletion.

For the separate workflow brief service, an operator-run retention process minimizes the content of an unconverted inquiry and its queued notification recipient after 90 days. Briefs linked to active projects are protected while the engagement needs them. Stable receipt references, client reference hashes, audit metadata, and applicable accounting records may remain for integrity, security, and legal or accounting obligations. Backup copies expire under the deployment's documented backup policy rather than being removed immediately. This is data minimization, not a promise of complete automatic erasure. You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner; records that must be retained for an active agreement, security, or legal and accounting duties remain subject to those requirements.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to our website.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of any marketing communications

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies, and the analytics described above sets none. The gatefold homepage uses browser session storage to remember that you opened the sleeve during the current tab session; that value is not used to identify you or build a profile.

The workflow brief separately uses session storage for its random retry ID as described above. That ID contains no form answers and expires with the browser session.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
