Direct senior capacity, with provenance intact.
Toledo Partner is Nicholas Toledo's white-label engineering engagement for agencies, studios, and consultancies. The disclosure model follows your agreement, but authorship, credentials, and delivery history are never fabricated.
B8Toledo Partner
How this works
You win the work. You lead the design or the strategy. We sit behind your team — sometimes in your Slack as Nicholas, sometimes in a private delivery channel — and ship the engineering you'd otherwise hire for. Work happens in your repos, infrastructure, and accounts. Commits remain traceable to their actual author unless an agreed system account is used; the engagement never invents a person or credential.
The contract has three things in it: a standard NDA; assignment of the completed deliverables defined in the proposal after final payment; and a non-solicitation clause that prohibits us from soliciting your client during the engagement and for two years after. Toledo retains general methods, reusable components, and internal tools unless the agreement says otherwise. These are terms offered for future work, not a claim about a long history of partner engagements.
Pricing is hourly or retainer, your choice. Hourly is simpler for one-off projects; retainers make sense once we know your team's cadence and your pipeline.

What we do well as a partner
- Next.js / React frontend — including art-directed work, scroll choreography, complex state, accessibility
- Backend / APIs — Node, Python, Go, REST and GraphQL, Postgres, queueing, background jobs
- AI integration — RAG systems, agent infrastructure, governance, deterministic replay, cost controls
- DevOps / CI/CD — Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, GitHub Actions
- Code rescues — taking over abandoned codebases, modernizing legacy work
- Discovery support — joining scoped calls as the named technical contributor
The non-solicitation, in plain English
The standard term we offer covers the engagement and two years after the last invoice. The signed agreement controls the exact boundary. Under that term, we will not:
- Solicit your client directly through any channel
- Reference your client by name in our portfolio without your written approval
- Solicit your employees or contractors
