Keep one accepted workflow checkable.
Workflow Care is $500 per month for one registered workflow. It records what success means, what can be checked safely, where an alert belongs, and who owns recovery.
Initial capacity
3 registered Care workflows globally
Enrollment follows acceptance and safe-check review.
The register defines the promise.
This example is illustrative. The delivered register uses the client’s accepted result and authorized test boundary.
Workflow ID
TT-WF-004
Website inquiry → validated intake record → assigned notification.
Success
Durable reference returned
One committed record for one submission ID; authorized destination receives the expected alert.
Checks
Daily + weekly
Daily read-only state checks where the system supports them. Weekly authorized synthetic end-to-end submission.
Recovery
Scoped correction
Evidence identifies the failing boundary. Recovery responsibility and access are named in the register.
Included each month.
The allowance is intentionally small. It keeps a known workflow healthy without turning Care into an open development retainer.
Scheduled checks
Daily read-only checks where supported and weekly authorized synthetic end-to-end checks.
Evidence report
Current check state, last synthetic result, observed exceptions, and any action taken.
60 minutes aggregate work
Human corrective or change work per registered workflow, including at most one small change of 30 minutes or less.
Small change boundary
One already-understood adjustment within the registered systems and acceptance test. Time does not roll over. Larger or additional changes are quoted separately.
Care is evidence, not constant surveillance.
There is no 24/7 human response, uptime SLA, emergency promise, or guarantee that every live customer inquiry is delivered. Response and restoration targets appear only in a written register after the actual workflow and operating queue support them. Cancellation includes the current register and available evidence handoff; the written agreement controls billing dates.

Initial capacity: one active project and three registered Care workflows. Availability is confirmed in writing; submitting this form does not reserve a slot.
