Service Policies
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These are the website-level policies for service inquiries. A signed statement of work or project agreement controls when its terms differ from this page.
Current Offer
Toledo Technologies currently offers software discovery, implementation, repair, performance, and support services. The public codebase pages are an archive of capability references; those codebases are not offered for sale or license through this website.
Scoping & Payment
- The scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and acceptance terms are confirmed in writing before project work begins.
- Paid discovery products are due 100% upfront. When stated on the discovery page and project agreement, 50% of that fee can be credited to the kickoff Project Retainer for a qualifying engagement started within 30 days. The credit is capped at that Project Retainer; unused credit lapses and does not roll forward.
- The kickoff Project Retainer and later milestone terms depend on the signed project agreement; a website price guide is not an invoice or guarantee of scope.
Fulfillment & Delivery
Delivery follows the written project scope and may include:
- Repository access, commits, patches, or pull requests
- Decision records, technical plans, and handoff documentation
- Deployment or operating guidance when included in scope
Delivery dates depend on the engagement and required client access. They are confirmed in the project agreement, not inferred from marketing copy.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation, pause, and refund terms are defined in the signed agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, completed work and approved expenses remain payable, and any unused prepaid amount is reconciled against work performed. Custom deliverables are not treated as returnable retail goods.
If Toledo Technologies cannot deliver an agreed item, the parties will document a correction, replacement, scope adjustment, or refund of the applicable unused amount.
Support
Warranty periods, response targets, maintenance, and ongoing support exist only when written into the applicable agreement or Care plan. A project does not silently include indefinite support.
