Toledo Technologies provides software development services including but not limited to bug fixes, feature development, automation, and codebase sales. Specific terms for any services will be outlined in separate agreements between Toledo Technologies and the client.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Toledo Technologies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Client Work
For custom development work, intellectual property ownership and licensing will be defined in the specific project agreement. Generally, clients receive full ownership of custom work upon payment.
Codebases
Purchased codebases are licensed to the buyer as specified in the purchase agreement. Standard licenses grant perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use, modify, and deploy the code.
Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
