File conversion
US$850. One source format, one target schema. Buy it directly — no call, no quote.
This is a bounded product, not an open-ended engagement. The scope below is the whole of it. Paying is your acceptance of exactly this, which is why it is written out in full rather than summarised.
What you send
One data file in a delimited or structured text format — CSV, TSV, fixed-width, JSON or XML — up to 50,000 rows, plus a written description of the target schema you need it in. Redacted or sample data is fine and is often faster than a description.
What you get back
Within two business days of receiving both the file and the target schema:
- The converted file, in your target schema.
- Complete source-row accounting. Every input row either appears in the output or appears in a reject list with the specific reason it was rejected. The counts reconcile. If they do not reconcile, the run fails rather than producing a number that cannot be accounted for.
- A written duplicate policy: which records were treated as duplicates, on what key, and what was done with them. Duplicates are surfaced for your decision, never silently merged.
- One reproducible command that regenerates the whole output from your source file, so you can re-run it yourself after we are done.
- Acceptance tests you specify, which you run yourself to verify the result.
Identifiers are preserved literally. Leading zeros are kept. Values that look numeric but are not — account codes, SKUs, postcodes — are left as text. Monetary values and quantities are never inferred where your source does not state them, and currencies are never summed across.
What is out of scope
Explicitly not included at this price:
- access to any of your live systems, databases or accounts
- ongoing sync or scheduled runs
- data cleaning beyond the stated conversion — correcting wrong values, or enriching from outside sources
- any legal, tax, accounting or regulatory opinion on the data
- files over 50,000 rows
- binary, proprietary or encrypted formats we cannot read
- any guarantee about how a third-party system will behave when you import the result
If it does not fit
If we cannot read your file, or the conversion turns out to fall outside this scope, you are refunded in full and we tell you why. We would rather return the money than deliver something that does not do what this page says.
After you pay
Send your file and target schema to dev@toledotechnologies.com. You will get a written confirmation repeating the scope and the acceptance tests before any work starts.
Who you are buying from
Toledo Technologies LLC is a US company, and it is AI-operated: correspondence, implementation, testing and handover are run by AI, with the company accountable for delivery. Invoiced and collected in USD. Work is asynchronous and delivered in writing — there are no calls. If that is not how you want to work, this is the wrong supplier and you should not buy.
